How can AirGMS help me?
AirGMS is a cloud-based vacation rental software that allows you to control your guest communication, bookings and alterations as well as manage day-to-day operations of your Airbnb business.

How can I use this software free of charge?
You are eligible to use this software free of charge when you connect from 1 to 4 active Airbnb listing. Starting from the 5th listing you will be charged according to the Pro pricing plan.
How can I cancel a subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, please notify us via email/phone 14 days in advance and make sure you receive the confirmation from us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Holding high standards of PCI and DSS compliance, we use Stripe as is our primary payment processor. It is totally safe, we don't even store your credit card numbers on our servers.
What are the payment terms?
We charge payments once a month. Once the trial period is over, we’ll only charge you prorated amount for the first month. Our trial period is completely free. We also commit to only charge you for active listings where you’ve had at least one confirmed booking during that calendar month. We DO NOT charge you for duplicate listings. Also, if you connect up to 4 listings you are eligible to use AirGMS for free.
Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
We have NO hidden fees at all. The only additional payment you may face is the charge for dedicated phone lines, if you subscribed for Business plan.
Are there any cancellation fines?
No. We do not charge any cancellation fee. You are free to cancel any time.
Demo
Why should I book a demo session?
A demo session is a great chance quickly to see our AirGMS vacation rental software in action. This is also the quickest way to discover the main functionality. We will be happy to answer all your questions about the software, pricing, etc. A demo session will save you a great deal of time that you would normally spend discovering the system by yourself.
How long does the demo take?
The demonstration session usually takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes.
How much does it cost?
The demo session is absolutely free.
What equipment do I need?
You will need your computer and a stable network connection. You might also want to use headphones with a microphone (if the microphone is not built into your device).
Can I choose the date and time?
Yes, definitely. After you fill in the demo sign-up form, you will be redirected to Calendly where you can conveniently choose the date and time for your demo session.
Do I have to sign up before or after the demo session?
You don’t have any obligation to create an AirGMS account. During the demo session we will be showing you the demo account. This will allow you to see all the functionality in detail.
Can I expect confidentiality?
Sure thing. The information you share with us is not going to be disclosed according to our Privacy Policy.
Airbnb account(s) integration
What happens after I connect my Airbnb account(s)?
You will keep all of your existing Airbnb account access and permissions.
Your account will be fully integrated and you can start using all the features of our vacation rental software.
Why do I need to change my email to use AirGMS?
It’s needed to prevent any delays of incoming messages and new inquiries. If you don’t feel comfortable changing your email address, there is another option for you to have it fully integrated using email forwarding from your mail server. (Please refer to this article for more details: https://www.airgms.com/help/knowledge-base/integration-guide-gmail/).
Will I receive Airbnb emails after I have updated my email address to the one that AirGMS provides?
Yes. You will continue to receive all email notifications from Airbnb to your personal email address as you currently do.
Will AirGMS have access to any of my account details (credit card, password, etc.)?
No. We do not have access to your personal data. Your data is absolutely confidential.
Note: After you have signed up, you will be able to book an onboarding session to set up your account. You are also free to watch an onboarding video to get you started.
Calendars and Channel Management
Which of the vacation rental management platforms, apart from Airbnb, are you integrated with?
AirGMS allows you to synchronize your calendars (via iCal) from these platforms: Booking.com, TripAdvisor, HomeAway. AirGMS offers native integration with Airbnb and Stayz. VRBO and HomeAway native integration is coming soon (nearest months).
Does AirGMS allow me to manage all my properties listed on different platforms via a single calendar?
Absolutely! You will have a single calendar to manage all your bookings. Having everything on one dashboard will help you avoid double-booking issues.
